The experience spans 4 decades in the Capital Markets, with longest tenures at Lehman Brothers & Morgan Stanley as EVP in Investment banking and brokerage. Broad financial background that also includes significant accomplishments in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, equity research, mezzanine financing and start-ups.
Launched and was the acting CEO of U.S. Day Trading for 3 years before selling equity stake to the minority partners. Gained extensive experience of all the facets of the OTC Markets, especially of the inner workers of the market maker system, along with FINRA & SEC Regulatory reportings.
Decade of experience as Internet Domain investor & broker, participated in negotiations of several 7-figure domain sales, including the 1st one for over the 7-figure mark, the domain was WallStreet.com.
As Founder & CEO of OTCHoldings.com gained significant experience as the conduit of information between investors & speculators with companies on the OTCBB, OTCQB and OTCQX markets.
